Food and Drink
You must provide food and drink if they are wanted. We do NOT provide food and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are allowed but anyone under 21 will not be allowed to drink alcoholic beverages.
Service Agreement
You will be asked to sign the following service agreement:
The client (_______________________) agrees to the following conditions:
Cancellation
Any cancellations must be done 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fee.
Fees
Painting PartY (12 x 12 or 16 x 20 canvas) is $20.00 per person for a two hour party and $30.00 per person for a three hour party. Mosaic stepping stone PartY is $40.00 per person. Payment is due in full at time of service. Supplies are covered in cost of party.
General Provisions

Minimum of five participants and a maximum of fifteen participants.
Setting
Your art party will be held on your premises, either indoor or outdoor setting (under pop-up canopy). PartY has only an outdoor, screened patio available for smaller parties at this time.
Release and Waiver
Client agrees to protect and and all of their valuables in or about the property by removing them to safe storage before service date. This includes the clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc that the client wears to the party. Understand that any paint or other material that gets on the clients clothes, etc is the clients responsibility.
Client further agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Art PartY, its employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers against any and all losses, accidents, damages, injuries, expenses and claims resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, during time of service.
Client agrees that in no event shall Art PartY, its employees, agents, contractors, or suppliers total and aggregate liability under this agreement exceed the amount of fees paid by the client.
Client understands that Art PartY does not and cannot guarantee success or any particular result. While we shall use our best professional efforts to achieve a successful result, we can make no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied as to the successful completion of artwork by the client.
The above conditions apply to all members of the party. Art PartY will not be held responsible for any damage to personal property, accidents, or injuries that occur during the time of service for any party member.
